Admin/Receptionist



Admin/Receptionist jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Admin/Receptionist for our firm,.
Job Description:
– Answers phone, directs calls and takes messages.
– Greets and announces visitors. Routes any mail and packages
– Creates letters, memos, spreadsheets, etc as needed.
– Performs general office duties including but not limited to: mass mailings, typing, copying, filing, and faxing.
– Maintains office supply inventory.
– Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
– Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
Job skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– a minimum of two years experience in a business environment.
– Ability to handle multiple incoming phone calls.
– Good computer skills.
– Good interpersonal skills.
– Good written and verbal communications skills.
