Business Development Manager (Saudi Arabia)

JOB OBJECTIVE:
To Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Generate, Identify, initially evaluate and refer business opportunities to Alliances, Sales and Client Care as relevant. For example sales opportunities, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, or acquisitions that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals. * Manage the market research or analysis of assigned projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to the management about the viability of these and any alternative opportunities. * Ensures that Injazat Brand standards are being used appropriately internally and externally to provide a consistent, credible, relevant and current image of Injazat. * Drive the development of the Injazat brand in the UAE and in new geographies in line with the strategy. * Establish the foundation of long-term professional relationships with potential clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to promote the organization’s products and services. * Identify opportunities within Injazat, its vendors or its business partners which will allow for the development of complementary processes, services and technical support models through a sell-with or sell-to market approach
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field * Specialized in sales/negotiation/win strategies * Local market knowledge preferred * Excellent communication skills. * Strong commercial awareness. * A confident and determined approach. * Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. * A high degree of self-motivation and drive. * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
