HR Manager


Job Description
As Human Resources Manager you will ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
An in-depth knowledge of all requirements concerning the HR function with the ability to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.
Responsibilities of the Role (but not limited to:)
Serve as point of contact for both employees and management on all employee matters and fulfill HR policies, programs and procedures. Manage the day to day HR and Administration function and develop a culture of productivity and positivity in a workplace to encourage and develop creativity.
HR Operations

Building tie-ups with organizations, agencies, educational institutions for resourcing.

Implement and manage disciplinary process

Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and strategy managing staff and supporting managers on day-to-day issues

Manage the HR function in line with company objectives

Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions

Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

Prepare and manage HR budget

Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed

Ensure all HR operations comply with legal standards
HR Strategy

Create and uphold a dynamic and positive work environment to create a culture encouraging development opportunities and stimulate high performance among team members.

Develop corporate plans for all HR related issues such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

Support initiatives by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

Identify short-term and long-term hiring strategy

Support employer branding activities

Determine training strategy
Experience -
Proven experience working as an HR Manager at group level in KSA
Previous experience in managing remote and regional based office locations.
Skills & Aptitudes
Good analytical/critical thinking with excellent organisational skills.
Proven Leadership ability
Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Good knowledge of KSA labor legislation
Excellent organizational and time-management skill and teamwork skills.
Any other languages spoken are desirable.
Measurement of Performance
Management and timely scheduling for all objectives.
Demonstrable efficiencies in process management
Organizational skills and management output
