The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Ecommerce operations management.
The candidate will also be assisting our team with Customer Service and also managing our creative team along with handling operations.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Work with the Creative team and provide Inputs for Creatives for the website.
Order fulfillment and operations pertaining to it shall be your responsibility.
Planning and scheduling work activities.
Responsible for assigning work to staff.
Should also handle any complaints and issues in order to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensuring that the resources are available and adequate.
Operations Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
Related experience with an ecommerce company is a plus
Creative and Hard Working.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Solid Team management Skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong ability to multitask
