Administrative Affairs Specialist


Administrative Affairs Specialist is required to work in a major industrial company in 6 th of October City
Preferably those who have previously worked in administrative affairs
Responsible for /
1. Follow-up the administrative side of the employees in accordance with the legislation and laws governing
2. Record the diary of attendance and leave and prepare a report for the human resources officer on any observations on the daily (continued work - irregularities in the schedule of shifts - the absence - long holidays for certain circumstances) so that the human resources officer to address these things and to identify these problems and discuss with Administration if necessary.
3. Calculation of salaries and incentives as approved by the management of the company.
4. Receive Matherat to attend and leave and deal with it and follow up the balance of holidays
5. Organization and supervision of sick leave and health services.
6. Issuing monthly payroll and overtime payroll statements and all current or emergency entitlements to employees or to them.
