We are leading Construction company in Dubai requires candidates for the position of Secretary.

Job Details:Providing day-to-day secretarial assistance to the management team, including diary, phone calls, emails, travel and meeting coordination.Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.Organising meetings and preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and minutes of the meeting.Booking and arranging air tickets, visa, transportation and accommodation
Organising events and conferences.Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.Managing databases and filing systems.Implementing and maintaining procedures or administrative systems.Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Job Requirements:Candidate should have bachelor degree.Excellent organizational skills.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
