Human Resources Advisor
HR Advisors are involved in a wide range of activities that relate to the management of employees. A key part of the role is to make sure that the company is complying with employment law and managing their employees properly.
Typial Day/Duties.
Advertise job vacancies, interview job applicants, prepare offer letters
Gives managers advice on employment law and good people management practice
Handles poor performance or disciplinary matters
Manages sickness absences
Make changes to salaries, terms and conditions of employment, prepare reassignment/transfer letters
Obtains visas and work permits for employees going overseas
Designs and delivers training courses

Most medium and large sized companies will have an HR Department. The work done by the HR Advisor plays a part in helping companies attract, recruit and retain high quality people and to invest in staff training and career development.
Basic entry requirements include necessary
Previous experience in an HR role
Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Employers might also look for desirable
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD or studying towards membership
Typical starting salary may be in the region of
AED25,000 - AED30,000
Typical Salary once experienced
AED30,000 - AED50,000
