National establishment looking for an URGENT Secretary


- Good Computer skill & Microsoft office Good Experience Transferable iqama

Job Duties: Managing diaries and making appointments Booking rooms and travel arrangements Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings Dealing with post Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations Maintaining filing systems Photocopying and printing answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence typing, preparing and collating reports organizing and servicing meetings producing agendas and taking minutes managing databases prioritizing workloads liaising with relevant organizations and clients coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks logging or processing bills or expenses acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
