HR Manager is required for Sprea Misr for chemicals industries in 10th of Ramadan city:

Job Summary:
Reports directly to the CEO, and responsible for
providing advice and service to the staff and
implementing HR plans, programs, systems, processes, policies and
procedures.
Collaborates with the different managers on various HR issues and
provides HR subject matter expertise in the areas of selection &
staffing, training, compensation & benefits, performance
management system, employee engagement and local compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participates and administers the development and
implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing
levels, applicant evaluation, interview and selection
process, and related tasks.
2. Conducts interviews to determine the knowledge, skills and
abilities of candidate.
3. Conducts new hire orientation to all newly hired employees.
4. Provides assistance, facilitation and guidance in conducting
counseling sessions for employees who have demonstrated
behaviors not aligned with the company’s corporate values.
Collaborates with the managers and supervisors to ensure
that decisions and actions in implementing action steps for
progressive discipline are aligned with local compliance
regulations.
5. conducting annual performance evaluation review
and ensures retrieval of all documented performance reviews
on time. Consolidates and summarizes the company-wide
performance review results.
6. conducting pay and job evaluations by
participating in surveys to provide recommendations in order
to implement new pay structures.
7. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and
recommending human resource policies and procedures.
8. Managing HR budgets.
9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to
time
Job qualifications:
1. Seven 7 years minimum of directly related experience in the same position in manufacturing organizations.
2. Bachelor’s Degree.
3. Human Resource Management Diploma.
4. Fluent in english language writing and speaking
5. Interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, leadership, and speaking skills; ability to use human resource management software.
6. Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional
integrity.
7. Excellent organizational, project and time management
skills.
8. Excellent presentation and training skills.
