Job Description:
The Company:
Our client is a main contractor, specializing in high end projects such as luxury villas and palaces. They are currently seeking a Construction Manager to be based in Riyadh.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assign work activities and daily tasks to site engineers, inspectors etc, monitor work flow, review and evaluate work products
Supervise and manage the activities of the company site personnel assigned to their package of works
Ensure proper HS&E;risk assessment of all upcoming work is completed and all necessary measures are implemented on site
Ensure work being undertaked has been allocated sufficient manpower, equipment and material in accordance with the approved project schedule and budget
Coordinate, liaise adn ensure a continous flow of communication between all disciplines on site
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, Civil Engineering
Minimum 12+ years experience
Must have worked with a main contractor not from a subcontractor
Requires previous experience as Construction Manager
Must have worked on high-end projects luxury villas/palaces
Must have hands on experience doing site work
