Job Description
The Organization:
Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE.
For one of their hospitals in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring an experience OT Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supervises and coordinates activities of all staff in the operating room;
•Ensures adherence to procedure and schedule;
•Supervises the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting;
•Makes day-to-day decisions for a group of OT Nurses and Technicians;
Skills & Competencies:
•Excellent communication skills;
•Excellent leadership and decision making skills;
•Ability to work well under pressure;
•Flexibility and the ability to juggle priorities;
•Strong organizational skills
Education & Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in related field;
•HAAD/DHA/MOH license or at least eligibility ;
•Proven experience in supervising/management role in operation theatre/room
