Job Description:
Project Controls Manager – Saudi Arabia
Our client has played a key role in the development of industrial and civil infrastructure in KSA. Since starting operations back in 2011, the company has quickly established a deserved reputation for reliable delivery of a range of EPC services, including: engineering consultancy, construction management, site & industrial maintenance, renewable energy, utilities and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the project Controls team such as Planning, cost control, risk management, document control, engineering/procurement and quantity surveyors team
To support the project manager/ corporate with progress reporting including schedule updates, cost controls, actual cost, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement
Provide project controls management, including baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, earned value management guidance and tools
Participate in department development activities for continual improvement in the project control system
Support program integration, governance, systems, procedures, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices
Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations
Requirements:
Must have oil & gas / pipelines projects gulf experience
To be based at project’s site
Preferred to have Saudi Aramco project experience
Preferred to have EPC experience
